JRUN slowing the server

MS Server 2008 Standard SP2

Intel Xeon 2 @ 2.33GHz

4 GB RAM

Coldfusion 8

HI all

Couple weeks ago jrun process has started using 20% CPU on avarage on all times and this has made server slow and CF response time is going up like crazy.?I would really aprpeciate some help in identifying what's causing this.?I got CF monitor going but not quite sure what should I be looking at.
