Acrobat 5 Problem

Yes, Is ...year 2000 products,

My copier machine can doing scanner and
scan to .PDF ((version 1.3) Acrobat 4.X) and use 40Bit Password

My computer Crystal Report export, also export .PDF verison 1.3) Acrobat 4.X)
so computer run Acrobat 5 is very nice to use...

But Now, My problem is: AA5
is full support Unicode ?
is stable to run Windows Vista/ Win 7 ?
if use (version 1.3) Acrobat 4.X) %26lt;=AA5?to create/make .PDF files,
?AA6,AA7,AA8,AA9 is 100% correct success open ?

Acrobat 5 Problem

AA6 to AA9 are able to open AA5 files.?AA6 to AA9 can save pdfs as Acrobat 4.X files as well though, so you don't need to get AA5 if you have one of the other versions installed.

You need to upgrade to version 8 with updates or version 9 for Acrobat/Reader to work with MS Vista due to changes made by MicroSoft. Windows 7 is still in beta testing and Adobe does not support beta releases, so whether an update or upgrade will be needed for Windows 7 is not known at this time.

Acrobat/Reader is backward compatible to older versions, so Acrobat/Reader 8 and 9 can open your older PDF files. Acrobat 8 can create PDF version 1.3 (Acrobat/Reader 4) - 1.7 (Acrobat/Reader 8).
