How to convert .vob file to flash movie?

I am trying to open or import a .vob file in flash and want to convert it to Flash movie, How can I do that?

It's not getting imported in Flash. When I searched online, I got the solution that if I change the file extension from .vob to .mpeg, Flash will allow me to import that video, but I still couldn't do it.

I suspect you'd have to change the actual file type to mpeg then, which sort of defeats the purpose in a way. Maybe someone can recommend a video file conversion application. I've used iMovie on the Mac to convert some file types, but I don't know if it will work on .vob files.

I would also look into getting a decent codec to get the quality up and the size down. Bitripper has a drop down and lets you choose whatever codec you have and then its options.
