lost cert password... Am I ''F'' 'd ?

I am trying to publish an update to our Air project and either my password is not working or I forgot it! (I know I used one of my regular passwords)

The cert is self signed and no more than 6 months old..

What can I do? I have been looking at the migrate command with ADT but it doesn't specify if I still need that old password..

Are there any work arounds?

To migrate the signature, you do need to use the password for the old cert. Sorry, I don't think there are any workarounds. I suppose you could write a script tuned to your own password patterns and use the adt -checkstore command until you found the correct password.

Without the old cert, your users will have to uninstall the old version before installing the update.
